Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Blood Works: An Owner’s Guide. Every purchase helps us continue our mission to make this information available in more languages around the world.

We’re committed to delivering quality books and digital downloads, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. Below you’ll find our approach to returns and refunds — designed to be fair, transparent, and simple.

If you have a question or an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Just reach out to support@bloodworksbook.com and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Overview

Because our products are either digital downloads or printed when ordered, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and helpful — if something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Ebook Refunds

All ebook purchases are final.

As soon as your download is delivered, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange. This is common across digital publishing due to the nature of downloadable content.

Our ebooks are copyright protected and may include a watermark. They’re intended for your personal use only and should not be shared or redistributed.

If you experience technical issues downloading or opening your ebook, please email us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Print Book Refunds

If there’s a problem with your printed book — such as a damaged copy, incorrect item, or a delivery issue — please contact us at support@bloodworksbook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review each situation individually and do our best to make things right.

We’re not able to offer refunds for:

  • Changes of mind or accidental orders

  • Books that have been read, used, or damaged after delivery

Contact

We aim to respond within 2 business days to all support queries.
